Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Each sweepstakes round ("Draw") has specific start and end dates, displayed on the entry page. All times are Eastern Time (ET).
Method 1 — Purchase Entry: Visit https://win.itenus.com during the sweepstakes period. Purchase one or more keys at the posted price. Each key equals one entry in the draw pool.
Method 2 — Free Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, complete the free entry form at https://win.itenus.com/enter-free.php with your full name, email address, and mailing address. Limit one (1) free entry per person per draw. Each free entry is equivalent to one (1) paid key entry.
Purchasing additional keys increases the number of entries but does not change the per-entry odds. Each entry (paid or free) has an equal chance of being selected.
The winner will be selected by cryptographically secure random number generation (CSPRNG) from all eligible entries. Each draw produces a verifiable seed and full audit trail. The drawing will be conducted after the sweepstakes period ends.
Each draw offers one (1) prize as described on the entry page, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) as listed. No cash alternative unless specified. Prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Winners must provide their legal name, phone number, and delivery preference (shipping or local pickup). Prizes shipped within the contiguous United States only. Shipping is free.
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600 or more may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and will be reported on Form 1099-MISC.
Fifteen percent (15%) of gross revenue from each draw is allocated to Nerual Foundation to fund urgent medical examinations for children. This allocation is a fixed structural component of the sweepstakes model and occurs regardless of the number of entries or outcome of the draw.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or unauthorized human intervention.
Personal information collected during entry is used solely for administering the sweepstakes and contacting winners. Email addresses may be used to notify entrants of future draws if they opt in. Information is not sold to third parties.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
