1. Sponsor

Itenus, located in Miami, FL ("Sponsor"). Contact: noreply@itenus.com

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each sweepstakes round ("Draw") begins and ends on the dates specified on the website for that round. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device. Current Draw: Begins March 22, 2026 at 9:59 PM EDT and ends March 31, 2026 at 10:04 PM EDT.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

Method 1 — Online (Free): Visit https://win.itenus.com/enter-free.php and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, and valid email address. Submit the form. One (1) free entry per person per Draw period.

Method 2 — Mail-In (Free): Hand-print your full name, address, email, date of birth, and the name of the current Draw on a 3" × 5" card. Mail to: Itenus, Sweepstakes Entry, Miami, FL. One (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Must be received before the Draw end date.

Method 3 — Token Purchase (Paid): Visit https://win.itenus.com and purchase tokens at the displayed price per token. Each token purchased equals one (1) additional entry in the draw pool. Maximum 150 total paid tokens per Draw. Purchasing tokens does not increase your odds over a free entry on a per-entry basis — it increases your total number of entries.

5. Prize

Each Draw offers one (1) prize as described on the website for that specific round. Current prize: Rolex sub. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $140.00 USD. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Random Drawing

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Draw period. All entries — paid and free — are placed in a single pool. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designee) using a cryptographically secure random number generator (PHP random_int()). The drawing will be conducted live on Instagram (@Vault Sweepstakes) within 72 hours of the Draw close date. A draw log including the total pool size, random seed, and selected index will be published on the website for transparency.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If the maximum tokens are sold and no free entries are received, the odds for a single-token holder are 1 in 150. Actual odds will be lower as free entries increase the pool. Current odds are displayed in real-time on the website.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must provide proof of age and identity. Prize may be shipped fully insured to any US address or picked up in Miami, FL. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued if prize value exceeds $600.

9. Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify any Draw if fraud, tampering, or other causes affect the integrity of the sweepstakes.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Released parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; printing errors; or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in this sweepstakes.

11. Dispute Resolution

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law provisions.

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Itenus, Winners List Request, Miami, FL, or visit https://win.itenus.com/winners.php.
